FSIS Announces Renewal of Information Collection for Adulterated or Misbranded Product Reporting

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is renewing an approved information collection to require establishments to notify FSIS of adulterated or misbranded products, prepare written recall procedures, and document HACCP plan reassessments, with the current approval set to expire on September 30, 2024.
