FSIS Announces Final Determination on Salmonella-Contaminated Breaded Stuffed Chicken Products

The US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has determined that breaded stuffed chicken products contaminated with Salmonella at levels of 1 Colony Forming Unit per gram or higher are adulterated, and will begin verifying the raw chicken components used to produce these products.
