USDA Rural Development Updates Regulations to Use Unique Entity Identifier for Federal Awards

The USDA Rural Development agencies are issuing a final rule to update their program regulations, replacing Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) numbers with the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) for identifying entities registered for Federal awards, effective as of a date to be determined.
