U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Comments on Proposed Authorization for Marine Mammal Take During California Wetlands Restoration Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comments on a proposed authorization to incidentally take small numbers of southern sea otters during the construction of the Parson's Slough Project, a tidal wetlands restoration project in northern Monterey County, California, from September 1, 2010, to March 1, 2011.
