USDA Modernizes Grant Program Regulation

The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Development agency is issuing a final rule to implement changes to the Value-Added Producer Grant and Agriculture Innovation Center programs, as well as modernize the Rural Cooperative Development Grant Program, with the goal of simplifying and streamlining grant delivery.
