USDA Issues New Directive on Succession, Delegations of Authority, and Signature Authorities

The USDA Office of Inspector General (USDA OIG) has issued a new directive, effective August 1, 2024, which supersedes previous delegations and updates succession, authority, and signature procedures, following amendments to the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998 and the Inspector General Act of 1978.
