Agricultural Marketing Service Proposes Changes to FGIS User Fee Regulations

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is proposing to establish standardized formulas for calculating hourly and unit fees for its Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) to cover costs and maintain a reserve, as required by the USGSA.
