Single Family Housing Section 502 Direct and Guaranteed Manufactured Housing Pilots

The Rural Housing Service (RHS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is extending the waiver period for two regulatory requirements for the Section 502 Direct and Guaranteed Manufactured Housing program to support low-to-moderate-income homeowners in purchasing affordable housing.
