Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Issues Final Rule on Audits of Awardees

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS), a division of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), is releasing a final rule to update its audit policy, removing unnecessary reports, clarifying contact information and filing procedures, and removing outdated references to provide consistency for all recipients of RUS awards.
