CFTC Corrects Regulations on Swap Dealer and Futures Commission Merchant Rules

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has issued corrections to final regulations related to risk management programs for swap dealers and major swap participants, which were published on April 3, 2012, in the Federal Register.
