Santa Clara Valley Water District Accepts Cross Valley Pipeline and Coyote Creek Chillers Plans for Filing, Seeks Comments and Interventions

The Santa Clara Valley Water District has accepted plans for the Cross Valley Pipeline Extension Project and the Coyote Creek Chillers Project, and is now soliciting comments and seeking interventions from the public, with a new location for the chillers also being announced.
