Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Determination on Listing the Black-Breasted Puffleg as Endangered Throughout its Range; Final Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined that the black-breasted puffleg, a hummingbird native to Ecuador, is endangered throughout its range due to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended.
