FERC Proposes Rule Requiring Accurate Information in Communications

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is proposing a new rule that would require entities to provide accurate and factual information when communicating with the Commission or other specified organizations, and would shield them from liability if they have exercised due diligence to prevent providing false or misleading information.
