DOE Adopts Final Rule for Contractor Workplace Substance Abuse Programs
The U.S. Department of Energy has finalized a rule to amend its regulations on contractor workplace substance abuse programs at DOE sites, decreasing random drug testing rates and clarifying requirements for security clearances and employee returns to work.
