Commodity Futures Trading Commission Extends Designation of Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication as Provider of Legal Entity Identifiers

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has extended the designation of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication as the provider of legal entity identifiers for an additional year, while finalizing the transition to a fully operational global LEI system.
