SEC Grants Temporary Relief to Certain Exchanges from Consolidated Audit Trail Requirements

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued an order granting temporary conditional exemptive relief to certain exchanges from certain requirements of the National Market System Plan governing the Consolidated Audit Trail, pursuant to Section 36 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 608(e) of Regulation NMS.
