MSRB Withdraws Proposed Rule Change on Rate Card Fees

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has withdrawn its proposed rule change to update rates of assessment for rate card fees, establish an annual rate card process, and make technical amendments to MSRB rules A-11, A-12, and A-13.
