NYSE Files Proposed Rule Change to NYSE OpenBook Market Data Fees

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to cap fees for professional users and introduce an enterprise fee for broker-dealer subscribers of NYSE OpenBook, a platform providing real-time market data. The proposed rule change is effective immediately.
