NYSE Chicago, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change to Harmonize Rules with FINRA Changes

NYSE Chicago, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to harmonize Rules 10.9261 and 10.9830 with recent changes by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA), which will take effect immediately.
