EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Tennessee's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that updates references to federal guidelines on air quality modeling, and also converts a conditional approval for infrastructure SIP prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) elements for the 2015 Ozone NAAQS.
