EPA Approves New York's Oil and Gas Control Measures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the state of New York, which outlines control measures for oil and natural gas facilities within its borders to comply with the EPA's 2016 Control Techniques Guideline.
