Deadlines for Submission and Recordation of Allowance Allocations Under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) Trading Programs and the Texas SO2 Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising certain administrative deadlines for allowance trading programs related to sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions, including the Texas SO2 Trading Program, under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR). The EPA is revising deadlines for submission and recordation of allowance allocations.
