Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Ohio River

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone on the Ohio River, from Mile 90.3 to 91.8, near Wheeling, West Virginia, to protect against potential hazards from a floating lantern tribute, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on a specific date.
