U.S. Commerce Preliminarily Clears Indian Steel Pipes from Oman and UAE

The U.S. Department of Commerce has ruled that imports of certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India, produced in Oman and the UAE, do not circumvent antidumping duties on Indian pipe and tube.
