Pipeline Safety: Periodic Standards Update II

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is proposing updates to the Federal pipeline safety regulations (PSRs) by incorporating more than 80 voluntary, industry technical standards, including non-substantive edits and clarifications to certain provisions.
