AHRQ Requests OMB Approval for Diagnostic Safety Event Collection Project

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking additional public comment on its proposed information collection project 'Measure Dx: A Resource to Identify, Analyze, and Learn from Diagnostic Safety Events' after receiving no substantive comments during the initial 60-day public comment period, which ended on August 15, 2022.
