EPA Approves New Mexico Air Quality Plan to Address Excess Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision from the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) to address excess emissions during periods of Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM) in Albuquerque-Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
