The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comments on a new information collection request (ICR) related to Accidental Release Prevention Requirements: Risk Management Programs under the Clean Air Act, as amended, and is seeking review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
