US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review for Steel Products from South Korea

The US Department of Commerce has published the final results of a changed circumstances review of antidumping duty orders on steel products from South Korea. The review was initiated on July 13, 2022, and the results confirm that POSCO, following a corporate reorganization in March 2022, is the successor-in-interest to the original POSCO entity. The company is entitled to the original POSCO's antidumping cash deposit rates.
