US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duties on Steel Products from Korea

The US Department of Commerce has initiated a review of antidumping duties on certain cold-rolled steel flat products and corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea, following a request for a changed circumstances review, and preliminarily determines that a company is the successor-in-interest to a Korean steel manufacturer.
