U.S. Navy Requests Authorization to Take Marine Mammals at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public input on a Navy request to take small numbers of marine mammals during construction at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Maine over the next 5 years.
