U.S. Department of Commerce Rescinds Antidumping Duty Review of Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from the Republic of Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce has rescinded part of an antidumping duty review of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from the Republic of Korea, citing a timely withdrawal of a request for review, and preliminarily determines that one remaining exporter sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period.
