FMCSA Exempts 16 Individuals with Epilepsy from Commercial Driver Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 16 individuals with epilepsy and seizure disorders, allowing them to operate commercial vehicles in interstate commerce despite having a history of seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
