Utility Scale Wind Towers From Indonesia: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that PT. Kenertec Power System, the sole producer/exporter under review, sold wind towers from Indonesia at a price lower than their normal value during the review period from February 14, 2020, to July 31, 2021. Interested parties can now comment on these preliminary results.
