U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Carbon Steel Flanges Sold at Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Indian producers and exporters of carbon steel flanges sold these products in the U.S. at prices lower than their normal value between August 1, 2020, and July 31, 2021, and is seeking public comment on these preliminary results.
