USCIS Extends Temporary Protected Status for Venezuela Nationals

The Department of Homeland Security has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Venezuela for 18 months, allowing eligible beneficiaries to retain their status through March 10, 2024, and requiring existing beneficiaries to re-register during a specified period.
