EPA Proposes Approval of Montana's State Implementation Plan for Regional Haze

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Montana on March 25, 2020, addressing regional haze, including nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide emissions from two electric generating unit facilities, and withdrawing portions of the Federal Implementation Plan addressing cement kilns and electric generating unit facilities.
