U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security Authorizes Release of Certain Items for Standards-Related Activities

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to allow the release of specified items without a license for standards-related activities, aiming to increase U.S. companies' participation in critical standards activities.
