HRSA to Implement Changes in Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant Allocations

HRSA plans to temporarily adjust the method of calculating poverty-based allocations for Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant, starting in FY 2023, due to data quality issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
