Office of Management and Budget Proposes Additional Data Collection for Procedural Justice-Informed Alternatives to Contempt Demonstration

The Office of Child Support Enforcement, Administration for Children and Families, and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are proposing to collect more data as part of a research study on Procedural Justice-Informed Alternatives to Contempt (PJAC) Demonstration to better understand bias in child support enforcement actions.
