Port of Cascade Locks Seeks Disclaimer of Interest from US for Oregon Property

The Port of Cascade Locks has submitted an application to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for a Recordable Disclaimer of Interest from the US, aiming to clear a cloud on the title of the property acquired from Hood River County, Oregon, which was issued by the Department of the Interior General Land Office in 1920.
