National Park Service Proposes Renewal of Information Collection for Mining and Oil and Gas Rights
The National Park Service is proposing to renew an information collection with revisions, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to manage mining and mining claims, as well as non-federal oil and gas rights within national parks.
