EPA Proposes Approval of Missouri Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) aimed at reducing visible air contaminant emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events, in response to a finding of substantial inadequacy published in 2015.
