President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities Meeting Agenda and Public Notice

The President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities will meet on September 20, 2022, and the public is invited to attend and submit written comments. The meeting notice is required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act and is being published less than 15 days prior to the meeting due to the Chairman's limited availability.
