EPA Approves Missouri's Revised Vehicle Inspection Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Missouri's revised vehicle inspection program, removing vehicles registered in Franklin County from the Gateway Vehicle Inspection Program unless primarily operated in the St. Louis area, as part of the state's efforts to implement the Clean Air Act.
