EPA Renews National Environmental Justice Advisory Council Charter for Two Years

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has renewed the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) charter for an additional two-year period, following a determination that the council is necessary and in the public interest in connection with the performance of duties imposed on the agency by law.
