Nasdaq BX Files Proposed Rule Change to Amend Equity 4 Rules

Nasdaq BX, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Equity 4 rules, which would take effect immediately, in an effort to update the rules governing equity trading on its exchange.
