HHS Issues Declaration for Monkeypox Emergency Use Authorizations

The Secretary of Health and Human Services has declared that circumstances exist justifying authorizations for emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for monkeypox virus detection and diagnosis, following a public health emergency determination on August 9, 2022.
