HHS Modifies System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is modifying an existing system of records to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The system, known as the OCSE Federal Case Registry of Child Support Orders, will be exempt from certain requirements.
