CFTC Revises System of Records Under Privacy Act, Renames to Cover NFA Activities

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is updating its records system to include new data collections for swap dealers, major swap participants, and retail foreign exchange dealers, as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act and recent Commission rules, and renaming it to the National Futures Association Applications Suite System (Exempted)
